Refund Policy

Would you like to return (part of) your order? You can return it at your own expense within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are undamaged, unwashed, unused, and the packaging is undamaged.


How can you return?

Step 1: Sign up here on your account and simply request a return for the items you want to return. You don't have to not  Waiting for our approval. Please note: Your return must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. We will review your return as soon as we receive the package.

Step 2: You can create a return label (at your own expense) through our returns portal or at your local post office. Don't forget to include a tracking number (as proof).

Step 3: Place your items in a box/shipping bag, along with the packing slip .

Step 4: Return your package at your own expense with Track & Trace.

Once we have received your return and it meets our return policy, we will refund the amount to the account number you used to place the order within 14 calendar days.

Exchange or cancellation is not possible.

Return Policy:

1. Term

  • Items can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt.

2. Send

  • If you choose to return your package, you will be responsible for the full return shipping costs. You will not receive a return label with your order.
  • Returns are at your own risk. We are not responsible for damage or loss of returns. Please ensure you package and ship your return carefully to reduce the risk of incomplete or damaged packages arriving. When you ship your return, always keep your track & trace code until your return has been processed.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition. This means they must be unused and in their original condition.
  • A fully completed returns form ensures faster processing and a refund. If the returns form is not completed correctly or completely, it may delay your refund.
  • If you initially received a free shipping fee with your order, but your order value falls below €100 after returning it , these shipping costs (Belgium: €8.00 - Netherlands: €8.00 ) will also be deducted from your refund.
  • Exchange is not possible.
  • Gift cards, discounted or sale items cannot be returned.

3. Refunds

If you choose a refund, please keep in mind that it may take several days (up to 14 days ) for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank's terms and policies.

 

4. Holidays

The above conditions also apply during holiday periods. This means that returns must be sent within 14 days during these periods. Returns will be processed within 72 hours of returning to work after my holiday/break. Holiday periods will always be indicated on the website and social media. Thank you for your understanding.

Belgium & the Netherlands
For Belgium and the Netherlands, we offer free shipping on orders over €100.00. For orders under this amount, we charge €8.00 shipping costs for Belgium and €7.50 for the Netherlands.

If you order before 4:00 PM on weekdays , your order will be shipped the next business day (unless otherwise indicated). Orders are always shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving payment via Bpost or PostNL. Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code so you can track the status of your order online.

Shipping confirmation
Once your order has been placed and your payment has been completed, you'll receive an order confirmation. Once we've prepared your order, you'll receive an email confirming shipment with a track & trace code so you can track your package.

  • All our prices include 21% VAT and exclude shipping costs.
  • We offer you the option to choose from various payment methods. These icons are located at the bottom of our website.
  • Any billing errors must be reported to La Jolie by email as soon as possible. We will do our utmost to resolve them as quickly as possible. Billing errors do not release you, the customer, from any payment obligations or other obligations under these terms and conditions.
  • The consumer has the right to inform the seller that he renounces his purchase, without payment of a fine and without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from the day following delivery.

  1. Returns/Exchanges: Items purchased through the La Jolie online store can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and includes all original tags. Worn, soiled, smoked, washed, damaged, or repaired items are non-returnable. For hygiene reasons, tights and underwear cannot be returned once the original packaging has been opened.
    We also ask you to inform us within 5 working days that you wish to exchange a product.
    The costs and risk of returning the products lie solely with the buyer.
    Insufficiently stamped returns or returns that are not notified in advance will not be refunded.
    We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if we suspect that the product has been damaged by the customer, has already been used, or if the reasons are unfounded.
